羧乙基锗倍半氧化物在黄曲霉毒素B1 致大鼠肝癌过程中的抗氧化作用研究

摘要: 目的与方法:本文采用AFB 致大鼠肝癌体内短期实验模型,测定血清与肝组织的SOD活力,进一步研究摄入Ge一132的剂量、时间与抗氧化作用的关系。结果:发现Ge一/32具有抵抗AFB 降低5OD活力的作用,Ge一132的搬入时间、剂量可影响SOD活力大小。结论:提示Ge一132的抗氧化作用与抑癌作用有关,并具有一定的防癌作用。

Abstract: Results:This paper reports that Ge一132 possessed the remarkable resistance effeets on AFB.reducing Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)activity in vivo during AFBt—induced hepatocarcinogenesis for short term modal experiments The SOD activity can be affected by the time and the dosage of Ge一132 intaken.Conclusion:The results indicated that antioxidative ability of Ge一132 is relate to im anticareiogenicity.Ge一132 can be used ∞ a safe and efective chemopreventlon agent.
